Interesting point regarding showing key authorities within a niche or sector in the SERP's Kev, another avenue for online marketeers to explore. Best get a blog set up and start writing!

Interesting point on Google Buzz. Google is starting to blend the results from shopping, twitter, video and buzz is another channel to blend into the mix. I can imagine that it would probably have greater emphsis than facebook / linkedin as it's part of the Google family.

With search going social, companies are going to have to start looking at their circle of influence and engaging with people online, the challenge will be which of the raft of social sites will have the greatest influence and content pulled into the search listings.
